Let buyers tour, choose and price their home before they call.
Build3D turns your communities, floor plans and upgrade pricing into a website buyers can explore in 3D on their phone. Built and managed for builders closing 50–200 homes a year.
A PDF floor plan can't sell an upgrade.
Most builder sites stop at a brochure. Buyers can't picture the home, can't see which lots are left, and can't tell what their options cost, so they call your team for answers a website should give.
Flat floor plans
Buyers squint at a PDF and guess. The ones who can't picture it don't book a visit.
Stale lot maps
A plat map updated by hand shows lots that sold last month, and your team fields the calls.
Phone calls for build updates
Under-contract buyers call the superintendent to ask where their home is in the schedule.

Run your own numbers.
Move the sliders to match your business. The estimate compares added upgrade revenue and sales time saved against a year of Build3D.
Live in 30 days. We run it after that.
- Week 1
Send us your plans
Floor plans, your plat map, base prices and your upgrade sheet. PDFs are fine.
- Weeks 2–3
We build your 3D site
Your communities, plans and options, branded to you. You review a private link.
- Week 4
Go live on your domain
Usually a subdomain like homes.yourbuilder.com, so your main site stays as it is.
- Every month
We manage it
Lot status, price changes and content updates, plus a monthly report on what buyers explored.
Canyon Ridge Homes is a sample builder we set up so you can try everything: the community, a 3D plan, live upgrade pricing, and the buyer portal.
Your site is the same system with your name, communities, plans and prices. On the demo call we show one of your own plans in 3D.
What builders ask us
Do I need to replace my current website?
No. Most builders run Build3D on a subdomain like homes.yourbuilder.com and link to it from their main site. If you'd rather replace your site, we can do that too.
What do you need from us?
Your logo and colors, floor plans (PDF or CAD), your plat map with lot numbers, base prices, your upgrade price sheet and a few community photos. For Complete, we also need your superintendent's schedule template and admin access to your CRM.
How long does it take?
Showcase goes live within 30 days of receiving your plans and pricing. Complete takes 60–90 days because we connect your CRM and set up the buyer portal.
Which CRMs do you connect?
Tell us which one you use on the demo call. We connect through the CRM's own integrations or webhooks, and we'll confirm what's possible before you sign.
How do lot and price updates work?
Send us the change and we make it, usually the same business day. Updates are included in your monthly plan.
Can I cancel?
Showcase is month-to-month after the first three months. Complete is a 12-month agreement because of the setup involved.
See your own community in 3D.
Tell us a little about your business. We'll email you a time to talk, and on the call we'll show you one of your floor plans in 3D.
